Anyone know the name of the song that's playing when Carlito and Enrique arrive in LA? It's an English song that sounds almost like Tom Petty. I checked the soundtrack, but it's not there.

It's been about a year and a half since you posted this, so I don't know if you'll ever see read this response, but I found the song. I initially had a hard time finding it because it's mislabeled on the IMDb soundtrack listing as "Exhaled". The song is apparently called "Dr. Inhaled" and it's by a person or group called Gie Few. You can buy the song for 89 cents from amazon.com:
