I guess it is funny for the 5-year-olds and retards who enjoyed the film!

The joke isn't the fact she put the popsicle stick up her ass, the joke is that she misinterpreted Simon when he told her to "eat it the other way". There was a similar joke in the Office when Michael asked what the opposite of eating spicy foods is, and Kevin said "shove spicy foods up your butt." Yet people will praise the Office and criticize Scary Movie 5 for telling the same joke because they're just looking for things to justify their prejudice.
