Is this movie about somebody who can't feel that they're, uh, cold?

All right, um, Number. See, because sometimes it helps to understand a word if we break it down. Let's do that now, shall we? Numb, see, if you're numb, you can't feel. [ pauses for a second ] See, yeah if you're numb you can't feel. And then Ber..

..See and then Ber, if you're, you know if you're cold, that's the sound that you would make. I guess I, I guess my answer will be uh, somebody who can't feel that they're, uh, that they're cold.

DPD and DRD make you feel *beep* up and question everything.
I gotta see this movie, as a DPD sufferer, I think it'll be great to see whether or not the disorder is portrayed well or not.|

Hurry up and come out lol

I feel it's such a shame that NONE of you got the joke behind this thread. I was basically quoting Matthew Perry's characte when he was in the 'Celebrity Jeopardy' sketch on SNL playing Michael Keaton. Oh well.

I saw it at Tribecca. There was a Q and A. It's based on a true story. The screenwriter/director had DPD. Mental disorders are very personal things. The symptoms are the same but no one feels them the same way. He did seem to feel like his DPD experience was represented faithfully.

However, it's not just about DPD. It's mainly a love story/finding yourself thing. I really, really liked it.
