So what was the significance of his sentence at the end?
Is he going to jail for 3 months, and what was this talk about three years? And what about the bond money, is it used to help pay for court costs? How expensive can court cases in japan go for?

And what was the significance of the embezzler?

He has three years to serve his three months. He must serve his three months within three years.

But didn't his 4 months staying in prison counted ass serving so he don't have to go to prison anymore?
