Hated the car chase, I really wish action movies would stop doing them all the time.
huh! the car chase will never leave action movies. there has to be a chase of some sort in every action movie!
Herzog looked creepy enough for his german accent to be complained about from americans, we dont care. accent is an accent. hes german or russian, probably the bad guy mastermind...
agree on the b.a. fighting scenes though, also an important thing to have in action movies.
nowadays i rarely see action movies with poor fighting, only see it in tv anymore

I hate car chases. I know I am in the minority on this, but they always seem overly long and unrealistic.

i mean i understand that, because i mean a car chase is only as good as a good fighting scene. its got to have quality. and since its every action movie there has to be a unique trait about it. and i thought Jack Reacher nailed it. there may have been too much close ups of their faces while driving which i do hate, (i dont want to see their reactions i want to see some driving!) but at the end of the chase was so good to me. just gets out of the car lets it roll and the civilians hide him before he hops on the bus. i loved it

there has to be a chase of some sort in every action movie!
Much as I like the film (and it was a pretty good chase) the Reacher from the books usually admits he's not a great driver any way.🐭

I know. But they probably figured that if we can get past a Reacher who's about 9" shorter than the character, then we'll overlook his usual inept driving ability.
