A Few Things I Didn't Get (spoilers)
1. How was Anna cured by Dr. Kane, when she said his mirror technique (torture) didn't work?
2. Why was little Anna originally chosen to be "demonized" or whatever that was… possessed?
3. Why did the Dr. have to fake Anna's discharge so people would think she died? Seems like he opened himself to liability, something MDs don't like to do!
4. Since the Mirrors had the other dead souls, why did they still need or want Anna?
5. DId you also think it was unfair that the Demon(s) repossessed Anna? She risked all to save the cop's family.
6. Although a nice twist that the Cop is now in the mirror world, when and how did this happen… and why?
7. How could bullets not affect Demon-Anna, but that sharp broken pipe did? Is it like a vampire, where a stake through the heart is needed?
8. Ending up in the mirror world, wouldn't one see the Demon(s)? The other souls there such as the burned people, the previous watchman (Gary) and Anna? Seems like SHE would have a few words for Ben! Maybe she was tired of being a nun.
9. DId anyone else start hearing banjos when Anna's younger nephew (?) appeared out of that old house? He was born to play parts like that… and he's Romanian!
I guess what's missing for me is a set of rules for the new world they portrayed. Usually, say in Poltergeist, someone is consulted who explains it, or a character's research shows us.
