Burt wonderstone had a few laughs here and there but Im so glad I stuck with it until the end. I have never laughed so hard at a movie than I did watching them drag the unconscious audience around. Totally unexpected

I like slapstick but it didn't make a lot of sense, after we hear them discussing about doing the act and ensuring the safety of people. It just didn't fit it, with the stuff that Burt relearns from Rance and his opposition to Steve Gray's work.🐭

This wasn't slapstick, so maybe that was the issue with you not liking it.

Totally agree with the op, that was hilarious capped by them chucking them in the truck. Then a little makeup and presto, nobody is the wiser. Its ridiculousness is what made it great. Overall I gave the movie a 4/10 as it was pretty bad.

Amazingly, they left the biggest laugh for last. I think it was good to cap off the movie with this hilariously ridiculous scene because it balanced out the moralizing story arc of the protagonist, Burt.

Ending was ok, tons of great scenes and lines throughout the movie.
