At last, the (official) trailer !

Surfing thru some websites, I just saw the trailer and, I must say, I'm impressed by what's on the screen. First, this time you get to see everybody (and not only Romola and Fassbender). Sam Neill's here. And Charlotte, the GREAT Charlotte Rampling also, who never looked better. I guess you also have, with this trailer, a wider overall view on Ozon's movie. Part comedy / part melodrama, no good element seems to be missing here. Please, pleaaase, does someone know when "Angel"'s gonna be released in England ? I can hardly wait anymore !

It looks just amazing..... I wonder if they're going to receive any prizes at Berlin FF????

You're absolutely right : it really looks amazing and, in this trailer, Angel Deverell (the leading caracter, as played by Romola Garai) reminds me of Scarlett O'Hara : fierce, vibrant yet fragile. As for the prizes (in Berlin or elsewhere), I haven't seen this movie yet but I always thought that Ozon should have been getting prizes for his previous efforts. "Time to leave" still haunts me (thanks also to Melvil Poupaud) and "Look at the sea" still knocks me down.

It is in competition at Berlin ( look at the awards click on ) and I really hope it gets it. Looks marvellous, all the actors look like they did a fine job.

What is the music from the trailer?

Some of it is the same music as in the Atonement teaser trailer. Over on that board someone said that the Angel trailer music is by the film score's composer, Phillipe Rombi.

The last piece of music in the Angel trailer (the same as the end of the Atonement trailer) is called 'The Vision' by X-Ray Dog who provide music for film trailers.
