Amy should turn the house into an LP B&B

The Roloff home is so unique because it was built to Matt, Amy, & Zack's specifics as Little People. Now that all of the kids are out of the house, Matt & Amy have separated/divorced, and Amy's living mostly by herself, it would provide her a unique opportunity to run a bed & breakfast that's especially for Little People. The house & farm would be perfect for it, plus didn't Amy once dream of running a B&B, & did for one episode several years ago? Running one now in her custom home would be perfect...if Matt would agree. 

Why not just a B&B? the kitchen is the major area downsized to Amy's specifics and guests aren't going to be doing any cooking. your idea is not a bad though, probably milk it for another season on TLC

Number one; the house should have been sold and the proceeds split between the two of them.
Number 2; who would want to eat anything served out of her filthy kitchen in the first place!
And...
Number three; Amy doesn't deserve that house. He built that house and upgraded it for the family! He didn't build it and upgrade it for a domineering self-centered witch woman.

Be split 50/50. They purchased the property together and they have built the brand together. Its not like there would have been a pre-nup as neither was worth anything.

Honestly they are smart to do as they are doing now. They sell the farm, they lose everything. Honestly Matt seems happy in the small house. He is such a control and neat freak. He would never manage the upkeep of the main house to his standards. The side by side is what he wants. They keep the business going, they split the proceeds, and when they die, the property is divided between their kids. It isn't like either will remarry.

Legally it doesn't have to come sooner or later. My aunt and Uncle have been divorced for 10 years, he is remarried with kids, and they still own a large property together. My aunt lives on it, my Uncle uses it for business, much like Matt and Amy. If my Uncle dies first, his half of the property is divided between the two daughters they had together, and not to his new wife and their kids. If she dies first, the same goes.

I think a B & B is an excellent idea and there are enough activities guests could keep themselves entertained with.

Amy could give cooking classes or guests can pick pumpkins or helo out on the farm.

However the B & B should not cater to little people only though IMO.

That's a wonderful idea! Do you think the house would be able to accommodate PFLAG meetings?

If it was a licensed business they would be subject to health codes, she couldn't just leave her kitchen a disaster and legally serve food to customers. There would be standards that would have to be met.

Nah, she should turn the place into a willy wonka reenactment and have a bunch of midgets doing the lolly pop gig.
