A lot of full moons

Was it just me, or did it seem that there were a shocking number of full moons in a short period of time?

reply

Yes, you're right, that's a huge plot-hole!

*****Spoilers*****

If you pay attention, time passes between full moons. Her letter states Lawrences brother has been missing for weeks, he arrives in the village just in time for the full moon. He is then attacked at the gypsy camp and they show time pass as he is in bed being cared for, that takes weeks. He heals in time for the full moon and attacks the villagers hunting him. They catch him and he spends weeks in the asylum where they wait for the full moon to show him he is not a monster. They are wrong and he transforms and escapes. After escaping he travels as a fugitive and hunted man/beast. Time does pass, this does not happen over night. He finally arrives at his father's home in time for the full moon... you people do realize there is one full moon a month, right?

reply

no need to be snarky. it's just a movie.

reply

He wasn't being snarky, he was just being 'right'.
It is just a movie, but a movie is so much more.

reply

They specifically show the moon getting bigger and smaller, many times.

If that's not a clear indication of the passage of time in a film about werewolves, I don't know what is.
