I must say that it looks beautiful.

Looks great! Pretty far from Tati's usual expression though, with the dramatic music and scenery. One of the great things about Tati was how he could be very sentimental but without being the least bit melodramatic. At the same time it is probably a good thing that Chomet isn't trying to impersonate Tati and instead sticks to a style he is comfortable with.
shareWell, who knows - after all, trailers can be notorious for not capturing the actual feel of a film. Chomet himself has said that he tried to avoid close-ups and leave the camera in one place as Tati did, which requires a lot more work in animation because all of the characters have to be animated in full, not just the "important" ones.
Here's the translation of the text in the trailer:
In life, there are just a few things that are worth doing
but sometimes the world is not ready to receive
that, which we are able to offer it.
This story tells of the journey of one man
which enabled him to keep his magical gift
and to rediscover for himself
what he should be doing in life.
From the director of that masterpiece of European animation,
"The Triplets of Belleville", Sylvain Chomet.
Based on a screenplay by the legendary Jacques Tati.
