I am glad to see a good person like Chardonnay say enough is enough and decide to come back next season to fight back against those creeps Jason and Kelly. Its easy, all she has to do is reveal Jason took steroids and Kelly paid them off and both will leave sports for good.
BTW The Malik/Keira/Blue triangle will be fun to watch. Much better than the lame Jason/Kelly reunion.
I know you have your opinion, but you are so biased. I understand Char is your favorite character, but stop making it seem like what she's doing is a good thing. She basically chose to move on from Jason. Then she wanted to get revenge and take Jason for all he's got. And then she decided to move on, drop the lawsuit, and move out of San Diego. Now, she's going back for revenge again. This flip floppy attitude is annoying. And stop acting like she's this all good person. It seems she likes revenge and a true good person wouldn't get revenge even if they want to. Not getting revenge is called being a good and mature person. Let Karma get them back if anyone should.
You always talk about how much you don't like Jason and Kelly. You need to know that what Jason did to Char was wrong. Kelly did nothing wrong, besides the kiss which they moved on from. And you have to think about it. Char has literally no evidence that Jason did steroids, besides the people who knew which were, Jason, Kelly, Tasha, and Malik. It's very unlikely anyone of them will back up Char. But, Tasha might want to because she is a good friend to Char. But that will ruin her friendship with Kelly. So I think this might actually be a storyline in the final season.
Still, I love the storyline with Malik/Kiera/Blue triangle. If you think about the old seasons, this almost happened when Melanie had a little chemistry with Malik and Derwin didn't like it. I love this storyline though! But for the final season, I'd like to see stable relationships.
100% agreed. You pretty much said everything I was thinking.
The best revenge Char can do is move on with her life. There's nothing good that can come out of coming back to San Diego to "tear some ish up." All she's going to do is create more problems. I still think she and Baby Roger are going to hook up, though, and I'd actually like to see that happen.
Jason was wrong for what he did to Chardonnay but at this point I'm glad to see him getting back with Kelly. I loved the scenes they had on this episode. I really haven't cared for Char's character at much this season, just as I didn't like Season 4 Kelly. I'd rather Chardonnay just stay gone and not come back. I hope she doesn't do anything to Jason and Kelly and I think she should get demoted to guest appearances for Season 9.
I'm more disappointed in what they are doing with Keira. I really want her to marry Blue and I don't know why they had to start this thing with her and Malik. I would rather Malik get back with that trainer Yana. I hope she comes back in Season 9.
And they really didn't do enough with Tasha and her new baby this season except in the first 2-3 episodes. I hope they can do more with that next season as well and maybe even rekindle her romance with Pookie. But don't even think about bringing Rick Fox back.
Overall, I liked this season better than last. I really liked having more football this time. And Jason coaching was great. I just wish the season could have been longer. But anyways Season 9 has ten episodes and I can't wait to see it and finish it up. I just hope we don't have to wait until 2016 for it. Maybe they could show it in the fall.
I will admit the writing is bad because they are going to make Char do something wrong to justify that we have to root for the "Good Guys" Kelly and Jason. And sorry but Kelly said the coach getting a heart attack was good so Jason can get a coaching job. Yep there is your hero cheering someone else's misfortunes and bad health. That is wrong. I will agree its best for Char to move on because she has better things to do then even associate with those lowlifes (not just Jason and Kelly but every character on the game is becoming unlikeable at least to people with morals). Jason and Kelly deserve each other as they are both creeps. I was cheering that there is the possibility of them getting theirs and what they deserve in Season 9 even if it is the crazy bad writing of the Chardonnay character. Either way Seasons 6-8 have been a total joke on this show. I mean they are already at 5 games into the Sabers Football Season?
Another dumb moment is that stand in coach who called the two same boneheaded plays. Guy acted like he never seen a football before. Seriously this show is becoming a JUMP THE SHARK looney show day by day. I am purely watching it to make fun of for now.
You're still being biased. Kelly never said it was good for the coach to have a heart attack. She just said that everything happens for a reason and that she's happy for Jason's good fortune. Now you're just putting words in her mouth and trying to make people believe that Kelly is just this horrible person. Creeps? The only creep on the show was that guy who beat up Malik. And good guys? We all know that everyone has a bad bone and that includes all the characters, even your beloved Chardonnay.
Can you just be honest and admit that you're being biased?
Tony from Seasons 6 to present they are making all these characters bad and unlikeable. Now they are trying to do that to Char just to justify the Jason/Kelly reunion. I am sorry nothing wrong with their corny little reunion but the fact he was disrespectful to Char on their Wedding vows day instead of just telling her straight up earlier was way wrong. I have a feeling these writers going to make Char physically hurt Jason and Kelly just to justify them being the face and Char being the heel here. The writing on this show gets worse and worse everyday.
Season 9 I have a feeling Jason and Kelly do not get back together for a reason even more cornier than why they did not get back together. If the writing had a saving grace I would have Char and Blue hook up. Think about it they both console each other about their significant others cheating on them and going away with someone else and in this consoling process they just fall for each other. I really think Malik and Kiera end up together and actually that would be some okay writing.
The best revenge Char can do is move on with her life. There's nothing good that can come out of coming back to San Diego to "tear some ish up." All she's going to do is create more problems.
I thought it made no sense due to the amount of episodes for this season. Because it was a short season, they rushed everything. She just went home last week's episode and all of the sudden wants to go back the next episode. Bad writing on the show's part.
Chardonnay gets wrongfully stood up at the altar---Jason/Kelly groupies say she deserved it because Jason belongs to Kelly and she needs to get over it.
Kelly is a slut who pays off the guy to lie about Jason cheating with steroids---Jason/Kelly groupies say Kelly is a hero and honorable woman.
Chardonnay wants to put a stop to Jason and Kelly disrespecting her 24/7---Those groupies say she needs to stop being bitter and get over it.
Jason and Kelly make some bogus stand for his steroid use and even mock the Bible in that stupid thing he did in last week's episode----Groupies say Jason and Kelly are so cool. Char is bad.
Seriously I am beginning you can not argue with these Jason/Kelly groupies as they are as annoying as those Cobra Kai groupies on the Karate Kid 3 boards.
I do not blame Chardonnay for her actions at all - partly because she was the wronged party, and partly because she did not do anything that bad (especially for this show's reality/universe). Kelly did not do anything wrong in the "love triangle" situation either. Jason did.
Even though it was late and in bad taste, it was ultimately good (for Chardonnay in the long run) that Jason admitted he still loves Kelly, instead of stringing Chardonnay along with a sham marriage (unfortunately, it had to be a dramatic moment at the altar). Chardonnay is too good for Jason anyway - and she is now free and better off.
P.S. It is hard to take discussion points seriously when there is insulting of other fans (e.g. Jason/Kelly fans). It comes off as majorly defensive and condescending. Not a nice look.
