Fox should bring back 'Drive'
Hopefully everyone that wants "Drive" back has gone to petitiononline.com/drivenow and signed the petition. If not, do so and spread the news. It could not hurt!

Absolutely petitions work! Creative petitioning is what brought "Angel" back for its last season and "Roswell" back for its third and final season. Now whether or not the seasons that resulted from the petitioning were any good is a different debate, but the fact remains that petitioning did save these two shows for at least one more season, and I'm sure there are many more out there that I can't think of off the top of my at at 4am in the morning...
shareangel was brought back because its fourth season was it highest rated season it had nothing to do with petitions.

Sending 25 tons of peanuts to CBS has given Jericho a reprieve. It'd be cool to see more of Drive. I think shows should be given an 8 episode run before being canceled.
Wonderfalls was canceled after 4 episodes and it was an awesome show.
Lets face it.
The FOX network make the same mistakes, over end over again.
Firefly would still be showing, if certain fools at FOX hadn't decided to 'back the wrong horse'.
With Drive, the same thing happened. Heroes is utter twaddle, whereas Drive is new, inovative, yet lacked/lacks publicity.
If you ask me, someone within FOX hates Nathon Fillion, as anything the guy gets a leading roll in ends up cancelled.
And us, (the viewers), suffer for it.
FOX network, I shat on you, your mothers, and the horses you all rode in on. Blow me, you frakkers.

mcbain791, i think someone at Fox has a problem with Tim Minear, not so much Nathan...think about it: Tim worked on Firefly (doomed from the get-go, cancelled); Wonderfalls (doomed and cancelled); and now Drive. It's possible he's stuck in a contract or something and keeps getting screwed by whoever wants to run his career into the ground...as long as we keep doing our part to support him where we can, though, original and creative writing/storytelling will always have a home with us...right?
Okay, i know, and i admit, it's not enough, but if i ever got the opportunity to meet Mr. Minear, i'd give him a hug and tell him he's got people who will support his work wherever he gets it going...
i just hope i'm not lying when i say that to him...if i ever get to meet him...
