this weekend i heard several radio ads in the DC area for "the 2 hour premier of drive, followed by the fox 5 news at 10."
at first i thought someone played an old promo, but i heard it a few times... whats the deal?
could be fox has a show they need to ax, and decided to give drive another go. Probably not, but hey, weirder stuff has happened.
shareDrive was on Fox. Why is NBC/Universal advertising for it on their upcomming Hulu site? Unless they are just going to sell the episodes Fox aired, or they are possibly trying to acquire it. Who knows. Anyway, here's the link if you want to check it out.

shareI e-mailed Fox about it, and they said the ads were either run accidentally or as a joke. So no, it isn't coming back. And they also said that a DVD release is unlikely, but I still think it has a shot at being released.

the weird thing about that (the winner of the race) is that in an interview where the writer answers unanswered questions about future events of the show he was asked:
"who wins the race?"
know what his answer was?
"somebody"
it also establishes that the crazy lady with the babies' 4 year old girl was NOT dead and that the guy who was taking the pills was actually sick because of the pills he was taking.
