Drive online episodes and continuation of series?

Searching for quite a while, it is apparent to me that maybe episodes 5 & 6 are not available for viewing on the Internet like planned by Fox. Am I right, or is there a site that has these two unaired episodes on it?

Also, rumors are obviously spreading as to the possible resurrection of this series. A rumor of a return in 2009 has spread, and I wanted to see the validity of that.

FYI The final episodes are listed on Torrents at Pirate Bay.

Actually, I just found all of the episodes on Itunes for around $8. FYI!
