Why was Jack's friend given the tree?
I was just wondering why is that Jack's young friend was given the tree at the end of the film, considering how he spend most of the film helping him out.
shareby that point he'd become everything jack once was, full of BS and with a big mouth. keep in mind that scene is supposed to be taking place many months after the events in the rest of the film.
