OK........THE LONG AWAITED PART 2

AS IN PART 1 OF THIS MOVIE, I'M STILL GETTING BAD FEELINGS ABOUT THIS NOW IN PART 2

I'M NOT GETTING A FEELING AS IF THE MOVIE IS SHOWING ANYTHING IN DEPTH ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE DEAD, INJURED OR MISSING OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ETC.

I'M ALSO NOT GETTING A FEEL FOR THE HORROR THE PEOPLE WENT THRU, NOR AM I GETTING A FEELING THAT A MAJOR DIASTER OR ACT OF MOTHER NATURE HAS OCCURED.

THE FILM IS ALSO SHORT ON THE NUMBER OF ACTORS AND ACTRESSES PLAYING ROLES.
IT'S AS THOUGH THERE ARE ONLY LIKE 5 OR 6 OF THEM TELLING A STORY OF SORTS.

MY MAJOR COMPLAINT IS THAT IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFECULT TO UNDERSTAND THE TONE OF THERE VOICES. THEY SOUND LIKE THERE MUMBLING, AND NOT SPEAKING UP.

I TRY TO BE AS FAIR AS I CAN IN MY OPINION WHEN COMPOSING A MESSAGE ON THE BOARD, SO WITH THAT IN MIND I WILL SAY ONE THING THAT IS IN FAVOR OF THIS MOVIE.

AND THAT IS THAT....AT LEAST SOMETHING IS AVAILBALE AS A SORT OF REFERANCE TO THIS AFFAIR AND THAT IT AT LEAST GIVES YOU SOME IDEA AND FEELING AS TO WHAT ACTUALLY DID OCCUR. I WOULD SUGGEST HOWEVER THAT IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING AS TO THE FACTS, THAT YOU SEEK OUT OTHER RESOURCES.

it hurt my eyes to read all of that post with all caps. I thought the movie was okay. it could have been better but it could have been worse.

The size of the disaster was too big NOT to concentrate on a couple of stories. I thought it was sensitively done and get the issues across.

Wow.. are your capslock key broken?

I have the same feeling with you that I feel a little flat about this movie. Although it happens in asia, but I feel this movie tell more about western people and feeling. There is too little portion about Thai people, and it is also not well done, the acting is not that good and convincing. I feel like Thai is just used as a background of the story. But Sophie Okonedo and Chiwetel Ejiofor did their part very well, they deserve their nomination for Golden Globe.

Ya, I also find it difficult to understand what they are talking. Some of them like mumbling all the time. I might just not get used to british accent.
