good movie, i liked it.
but i didn't pay enough attation to the movie for the first 20 minutes.
what was with the guy that ferris stabs to death while being bitten by dogs ?
i got the impression he was tied to hoffman ?
why did he run and why did he got stabed ?
He was a member of the cell staying at the safe house(that later burns)
When he was approached by a CIA contact(unknown to Ferris)he was spooked and started to run.
Ferris chases him down because if he returned to the house he would have told them they were under surveillance
Yes this is correct. Then later, they showed Hoffman's guy who had approached the bad guy being whipped as punishment for working with Hoffman.
shareFerris killed/stabbed him to falsify the fact they were trying to capture him. A kill by stabbing like that makes it look like it was a rob. This was mentioned after by both Hani and Ed if I remember correctly, at least Hani said so and commended Ferris for his right thought.
