Its not Placebo, thats the song that kicks in after Dyer has punched the bully at work... The majority of the soundtrack is original and created for the film... I don't know who made it and can't track any of the music used on the production what so ever...

Its called Discopolis but that's actually a sample from another song called Another Life By Kano released in 1983. Just in case that's what you are looking for .. :)
