He had a camera whole time through the journey?

In the movie there is nothing about the camera he had. Chris only took one picture with it?

The movie alters a lot of details about Chris and his journey (for example, it also omits that he had a map, plenty of money and all his ID, and that he worked many jobs along the way). He had a camera and was fond of taking pictures of himself. He took several rolls of film with him to Alaska; after his death some finished rolls were found (and developed) along with the film still in the camera, which showed him emaciated but still smiling towards the end.

Chris used a Canon SLR 35mm camera with a zoom lens and a timer so he could set up a shot and then get into it before the camera clicked.
