Tim's release from PRISON (spoiler alert)

The first time we see Tim after he gets out of prison we see him tipping a beer at home at his welcome home party.

There is a little bit of a problem here. I can totally understand him wanting a beer after 10 months in the KLINK but since he's on parole there are a couple of things they don't mention.

1. Part of the parole process is to abstain from drinking alcohol. Even if your reason for going in the first place wasn't necessarily alcohol related. Even if it's for a limited time. His parole advocate was sitting right there and they both know it's a no no. It would be part of the paperwork he had to sign to get out.
2. He would also most likely have to go to AA meetings and have the meetings documented. Including mandatory filling a bottle upon request.
3. Working in a bar would also be off limits.

I haven't personally had to deal with that but know many people that have.

I edited it. Happy now? "jdlkifuejnnjdiejnlcjkej"

This post is totally uncool. Some people watch this show on Netflix and haven't gotten to this part yet. You spoil it not just in the text of your post but by making it the name of your post, and writing PRISON in all caps. Even people who don't read the post have the plot spoiled, and your upper-casing the word makes damn sure people don't miss it. You should unpost it or edit it to change the subject line and to warn that there are spoilers.

Lets be honest. Is Tim going to prison really that much of a spoiler after having watched a few episodes?

How about we just get them to shut down IMDB chat all together and have no reason to chat about anything then? I thought I was supposed to be the old foggy here.

I agree with the other poster, while you changed your title and put spoiler alert, but it doesn't matter b/c your title is the spoiler. You should not put anything about him going to prison in your title. I'm only on S3 and now I know he goes to prison later. Seeing that you've been a member of IMDB for 14 years you should know this by now.

I'm not sure what the parole restrictions in Texas are but I don't think you would be restricted from alcohol consumption or working in a bar unless these two played a factor in your offense.

I don't know Texas. But every state I've lived in has that restriction. Maybe it's just a Texas thing but being how RED it is I seriously doubt that.

They kill more maggots than any other state. By far and have for a very long time.
