not the classic look but a great actor

Peter Sarsgaard is one of the greatest actors around(people should see this film just for the acting alone), if he had the classic look of so called other great actor's, he'd receive a lot more recognition for what he does....he can play pretty much anything and everything, mostly he has played rather "creepy" characters, but his dramatic roles are amazing, especially when he's branded in Jarhead and when his dog gets eaten in this movie(really feel his pain and not over done if you ask me)....his work in this movie hopefully will not go unoticed for award recognition, but probably too small of a role and not too wide of a release will hurt, not to mention that it's being shown before october....john c is also great and is an amazing actor as well....if anybody reads this and cares to respond, just curious which actor do you think is better at his craft----Sarsgard or Ribisi

Does Peter Sarsgaard have one bad movie to his name? I would definitely go see a movie just because he's in it. I tend to stay away from those with Ribisi. I have a hard time taking him seriously for some reason. Maybe I'm just stuck on his hair back in the My Two Dads days. I'll never get over him being with my woman.

You do bring up a good idea though. There must be something to this comparison. I'll check out some more modern work of Ribisi and see what I've been missing out on. Thanks for the tip!
