Does anyone know the name and/or composer of the song that is playing when Molly Shannon is stopping at an intersection with a car full of dogs?

I swear I've heard the song in another movie, I am searching for it everywhere...

any help would be appreciated.

i think its from napoleon dynamite, unfortunately.

Yes, it is from Napoleon Dynamite, and it works well here too

As for the composer/musician, don't know

I don't mean to rag on anybody but is it so hard to go to the soundtrack listings for napoleon dynamite and find out that the song you all are looking for is
