My only question:

People on here are asking all kinds of questions, which i dont really care about. I can see why people question a film like this. I dont, i can suspend by disbelief.

But my main question is:
Why the hell did Johm start talking about himself all of the sudden to this group of people. He never told anyone his secret (except once), but now he suddenly starts talking about himself to some if his collegues.

Did i miss an important piece of dialogue or did everyone think this was random?

Loved the film immensly though

He explained later in the movie that he'd never talked about his true self to a group of friends and had always been curious how it would play out.

So basically, after 14,000 years, his curiosity got the better of him.

Ah yes, now i remember, that was the reason wasnt it.

I guess i forgot. Now it makes more sense. Thanks

Really? 14,000 years and this is the first time his curiosity got the better of him? (Excluding the guy who he suspected of also being immortal). What was it about this group that made him want to break the very rule that kept him safe for so long? Were they so interesting? So .... anything?

Really?

How the hell would we know. You're seriously asking us to come up with the internal reasoning for why a movie character did something that he didn't elaborate more on in the movie himself?
