Watched this show from debut to its final episode and its still my favorite TV show with Dexter and Lost. Found my DVD collection today and started watching this show again and it still has my interest and still grabs me by the heart.
ABC Family really screwed us fans over removing this show for a show about some teens getting knocked up. Kyle Xy was freaking amazing
I actually binge watched it on Hulu and was taken by the depiction of the Trager Family. I think Marguerite MacIntyre (Nicole Trager) and Bruce Thomas (Stephen Trager) did a fantastic job of depicting kind, compassionate and noble parents. No parent is that noble or amazing (well, we don't have armies of script writers telling us the most perfect thing to say during difficult times ;) lol)
But I loved the actors portrayal. Sure Josh and Lori seemed to have difficulty maturing, and that got a little old, but I grew to have deep affection for the characters and wanted to see their journey continue. It was a cruel blow for the network to suddenly cancel it like that.
But such is the bane of most TV viewers. :( Ratings are everything. If the ratings are there, the show will go on. Ultimately it is the viewing public that DOOMS a show to cancellation.

shareI re-watched it just recently. There were about half a dozen (or so) episodes that had me in tears. Was saddened to see it end on a cliffhanger!
