Lori/Mark: The Best. That's all to be said about this ship. I loved them from the get-go when Lori sprayed him in the eye thinking he was stalking her. I loved Mark being all flustered and nervous when he went to ask Stephen for a date with Lori in 3x02 and it was funny, their exchange, the outcome when Stephen comes to answer the doorbell. "Hey Mr Trager, I uh, I wanted to talk to you about your daughter" "I feel for you Mark because if your standing this minute on my doorstep about to ask permission to date my daughter than you quite possibly have the worst timing in the HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE! so I'm just gonna say no, one hundred percent, absolutely not, over my dead body, no. Got it? Good'- Never. Gets. Old. I also loved them hooking up (FINALLY!) in 3x04 and how that came to be with Cassidy being the one to set them up to reunite- of course Cassidy was also the one who tore them apart in 3x03 but that's beside my point. All I care about is that they were together at the end of the series and they both spent the night with one another (plus maybe more than one night? In 3x06 Lori asks for Jessi's keys to her apartment because her and Mark need privacy) (I really wish the writers had chosen to do something more with Jessi's apartment hence half the time it was left vacant and unoccupied).

Hilary/Declan: Their kiss in It Happened One Night was electric, perfection. They were so so good together with what little the writers chose to give us which was nothing. One amazing kiss and then that storyline wasn't expanded on at all for 5 episodes and then it was dropped with the flip of a switch in 3x07 when Declan decides he's in love with Jackie at the chemistry party. What was up with that? Sorry but I loved Hilary with Declan. Not to say that I didn't like Jackie but because of the cancellation we knew virtually nothing about her and her and Declan just didn't seem to have that 'zing' that Hilary and Declan had in 3x01 It Happened One Night- and same with Lori/Declan IMHO, no chemistry. (Which was totally fine with me, hence, I loved Lori with Mark).

Jessi/Cassidy: Don't shoot me! But I really wanted them together from the second he appeared in 3x01. I hated that the writers had introduced Cassidy and Jessi to one another, stating that they were in the same apartment building and all, and then for 3 more episodes onwards, there was absolute no payoff. Only after does Lori bump into him in 3x04 do Jessi and Cassidy get to talking finally on The Rack Patio with mugs of coffee but not talking about the possibility about them forging a relationship- oh no, its alllll about Jessi being into Kyle. Bite. Me. I have never ever shipped Jessi with Kyle. I get they have a connection or whatever but romantically, please hand me a barf bucket. That does not mean I'm a Kylanada fan b/c I'm not. I honestly didn't care for Kyle with anyone. I will admit tho that Kyle and Amanda's breakup was very sad IMHO tho.

Stephen/Nicole, Stephen/Emily: I will mention that I wish the writers had expanded a bit more in season 2 of Lori suspecting Stephen of being unfaithful to Nicole with Emily. It was stated on the ABC Family Kyle XY website during the season that Stephen would have been having an affair with her in season 2 but there was absolute nothing of that played out in the season. There was Lori thinking that in 2x10 when she confronted Stephen about the contacts in the hotel room and Stephen laughing with Emily on the phone in the living room with Nicole and Lori standing right there but other than that, absolute nothing. I don't know what the purpose was to even make the so called 'affair'- which didn't even turn out be an affair- it turned out to be nothing- a storyline. There wasn't an affair between Stephen/Emily, hence, no storyline. Zero sense.
