Does Morgan Freeman get some in this movie?

I've really wanted him to do a romantic lead someday. It's kind of stupid that he's such a good actor and hasn't done one yet.

Even on Sesame Street he was already a genteel old black man. In case you don't know, in America, genteel old black men don't score. Against the law. Even Miss Daisy wouldn't give it up.

Amen to that.

America has no room for an old black guy playing a romantic lead.

And I don't think he ever wanted any in the beginning of the movie. His attraction to Scarlet was more like a father/daughter thing than anything romantic.

I don't think so.
Morgan Freeman's character's attraction to Scarlet was NOT a father/daughter thing.
It was definitely ROMANTIC.
