Kumar

Kumar Pallana is in this. I think I'll see it. He is a genius after all.

Kumar is the one bright spot of this movie. Although is bugged me a little that they try and play him off as Hispanic when he is quite plainly Indian. Nontheless, I love Kumar. Everytime I think about how in "Bottlerockets" he "lost his touch" I crack up...

reply

Do they play him off as Hispanic? I don't recall any reference to his ethnicity in the movie. His name is Lee, which is not a typically Hispanic name, and neither do I recall if we ever heard or saw his last name.

reply

I heard he's almost 90!

reply

It's weird that his name tag is pulled off on his little red jacket ... also he shuffled along a lot better than Freeman did in imitating him

I'm not Kumar

reply

I think that he was Lee.
He had great scenes with Morgan Freeman.
