Susan supposed to be pregnant?

When the kids see their images carved onto the wall, all of them except for Susan are drawn facing forward. But Susan is drawn in profile, and it seems to me that she has a rather large belly in her drawing. Is she supposed to be pregnant, or am I just seeing things? Cuz that was my initial thought when I first saw the movie, but they never came back to it.

Its just the way that its drawn,i.e. rather crudely.
This was likely done to suggest that the artist wasn`t human, probably a talking animal with only a vague idea of what a Human looked like.
The main thing I noticed though was that they got the order of the thrones wrong.

My first thought was that it was the design of the dress she was wearing.
