Susan's horn in two places at once?

She finds in when they land upon the ruins of Cair Paravel, then later the dwarf says "I guess the horn worked after all", referring to the book's storyline which had Caspian blowing the horn. This is kind of annoying. Either the horn is with Susan, which is not part of the story in the book but somehow worms its way into the movie, or it is with Caspian, a major event in the books, which seems to be what the freaking movie is saying...

Susan never finds the horn when they get to the ruins of Cair Paravel. When the kids are going through their chests, she specifically has a line she says to Lucy stating, 'My horn's not here, I must have left it on the saddle when we left Narnia last time.' (I'm positive that's not the exact quote, but that's the gist of what she says.)

Yup, not word perfect but its pretty close.
If you actually look closely at `Older Susan`s` saddle in the final sequence of `The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe` as well you can just spot it if you look closely.
So there is no problems over continuity here.
