I enjoyed this movie a lot and own the DVD, I was watching the making of WOTN and saw parts of the car chase in production, but there was no rain, did they re-shoot scenes when it was raining, or was the rain CGI rain?
It was shot on a clear day. All the rain and storm were CGI. Very well done.
The director said it was too dangerous to shoot in the rain on the streets.

I was honestly convinced that they shot these scenes when it was stormy and raining, great work, just makes me appreciate this film that much more.
