Seriously, why is it that any media that shows the negative side of legal abortions - and there are MANY, ask any woman who has an abortion and goes through suicidal depression - earns the wrath of people who call themselves pro-CHOICE?
It's probably the same reason that 'tolerant' people can't stand anybody who doesn't think exactly the way they do.
Guilt-tripping people for choosing isn't respecting choice or life, at all.
Aborting a fetus doesn't mean they are born in a nightmare world for abandoned things. That's a pretty dodgy fantasy as it is, even before you start having the child say how upset they were to be abandoned.
You know what makes women go through suicidal depression when they have an abortion or even a miscarriage? The idea that society JUDGES them or thinks less of them for it. This movie increases that guilt-feeling that some women feel and believe it or not, it's not inevitable that a woman will feel that way about their abortion.
And heck, she went through the abortion because the father refused to marry her. Why doesn't the father have to answer for what HE did? Why is it only the mother singled out for blame?
They go through suicidal depression because they feel guilty for COMMITTING MURDER!!
I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
A lot of women who have abortions don't become depressed and suicidal.
