Is over priced and an anthro knock off @ fashion island. It's crazy she can afford the rent in that space.....they must have a lot of money.

Fashion Island is beautiful outdoor shopping mall in Newport Beach, CA. It's a lovely place to shop and enjoy a nice lunch in the California sun. I'm sure their store will do well there.

It's actually always empty, I think because it's right next to a similar store with lower prices :(
