^^ Exactly. They are contractually obligated to attend Housewives functions. Especially if there is a potential for drama! I also think that the reason she kept saying that her daughter wanted to go was to tug on Tamra's heart strings. Tamra probably thought that her daughter would keep her under control (if there is such a thing!). Vicki only seems to exhibit self control is when it comes to business.
