$100,000 to the kid who is gonna rig the slot machines...

Danny is talking to the kid who is going to rig the slot machines and the kid says he's $33,000 in debt, and it might as well be $100,000. Danny throws him an envelope and says "OK, let's call it $100,000", but the envelope isn't much more than one inch thick. $100,000 in brand new $100 bills would be 4.3" thick, not a big deal but just something they overlooked, it did not take away from my enjoying the movie for it is...

"Well, isn't this place a geographical oddity! Two weeks from everywhere!"

Not surprising. Most movies over or under exaggerate the size of certain amounts of money or precious metals. There was a movie somewhere that lampshaded this by having an accurate portrayal of a large quantity of cash in a suitcase not taking up the whole thing.

That's more for prop's sake than anything, since Ocean had to toss the envelope to him. But true. $100,000 is 1,000 Benjamins, which would be much, much larger than what we saw.

Not sure about the suitcase, but maybe you meant Dodgeball? White Goodman showed Peter LaFleur what $100K looked like, and it was a tiny pile inside the briefcase.
