I started watching the show and I hate that Tracy Jordan character

He's really not funny AT ALL, like the actor playing him.

He's BS as Evan on Royal Pains.

I'm on the second episode, and his character is driving me nuts. I'm wondering if it gets better. I've heard great things about this show, but so far, he's making it nearly unbearable for me.

Hang in there! It does get a little better. There's enough good in 30 Rock to overlook Tracy conveniently.
