Did I miss something? Symbolism? Sorry I feel kind of stupid but what was the point of the movie? What was the theme? Like did the 3 balls on the pool table mean something? Please fill me in? Thanks

There is nothing to the 3 billiard balls. The French play that type of game (carom billiard). The pool table has no pocket. The goal is to hit the white and black balls with other white ball. You can find more detailed description on Wikipedia or other sources.

I think there isn't a large message here. Some things don't even make much sense. It's more like a poem, an exotic experience that washes over you. Where that takes you is up to each viewer.
