Utterly Boring.
1. Not much creative magics.
2. Child like acting and story.
3. Characters making naive predictable choices.
Ironically, I am amazed and interested how boring thing people can make.
I can understand your POV but that is personal preference if you found it boring...I think the story was interesting and different from other things I have seen is not Oscar worthy( heaven's NO!!!!)but is enjoyable.

I also can understand why you posted it as Zzzzzzzzz, but I also believe too many movies today )Transformer 2, GI Joe) blast you with so much sensless action without a major dramatic build-up that you can become numb to a plot / storyline.

This was beyond boring.
I did fall asleep while watching it for the first time, and therefore followed less than half of the movie; when trying to re-watch it from beginning to end, well... I managed to stay awake only because of Paul Bettany.
