Capricorn is reckless
Ok, so he's taking a huge chance with this, isn't he? If anytime someone or something is read out of a book there is an exchange, what if one day he was the one who was read into another story? Is he relying on the goodwill of his men to get him back if that eventuality actually occurred?
It seems this is also a plot point that isn't really kept up with considering the number of things that were read out without an exchange. Is it only when/if another person is read out that the balance must be kept? Animals, monsters, and objects don't count?
It just seems a bit reckless of him, in my opinion, to demand that the Silvertongue read when there is a decent probability that he himself will be the one to suffer for it.
