This is the scene at the hospital...guy with the vaccum cleaner comes in

Anyone notice this? Was it simply an editing goof or done on purpose as an omen?

I think I saw it drop down, when the cleaner bumped into the door.

It definitely drops when the jump scare happens.

If you saw the man with the vacuum come in, you should have seen it fall off the wall.
