what's the beef between Seagal and production company?

Is there a fued between Seagal and this production company as to why they deliberately butchered the movie, changeing the premise and adding those ridiculous dubs and extremely poor editing. It only makes Seagal look bad in the most extreme way. As some of you have said this is the last straw! It is obvious, even to the blind that this movie has been edited very badly.
I got to understand that the production company took control of the project after the movie was finished and did the changes without Seagals approval or knowledge. Question is, is Seagal aware of the way that his movies are being edited for final distribution and is he aware of the damage it is doing to his reputation not only with is fans but also with his peers?
If he is aware, it is extremely poor on his behalf, for a man that can write musical scores, direct and write scripts, then there is no excuse. Either concentrate on the tours and leave the movies alone or concentrate on the movies and do one at a time for more quality and leave the music alone.
