So bad even Segal couldn't finish it
As it has been pointed out many times many of his lines were dubbed over by someone else. Most likely to dub over anyting mentioning aliens to shoehorn in the drug story. Anyhow, this movie was so bad that when he was asked to re-do it he flatly refused.
