One of his better films in the last 10 years...
even though the voiceover was annoying, the plot was pretty decent...and Seagal actually fights in this one...

This film was dreadful compared to some of his past efforts. Don't get me wrong, I like Segal, but it's no wonder this went straight to video. And this might start a flame war (as usual), but my favorite Segal film is Fire Down Below.
