Does Steven say anything?

I watched a film clip of this movie and Steven seagal didn't say a word same with the trailer. In the movie all his lines sound dubbed, can anyone answer this question?

There is a already a thread on this and I made the following post:-

This may be a terrific coincidence - could be related to his rock singing career?.

I know if you sing out of your natural range and force it - your throat suffers bigtime :-( an' it don't come back.]

- Unfortunately, I think he has a chronic problem as it seems to have been around for some time now...I could be wrong though.

I just watched this movie, Steven's voice changes alot at one stage it sounded like Robert Patricks and then it changed to his normal voice. As for the plot, what a peice of crap

Seagal indeed does not talk at the starting few mins,his voice dubbed,but does for rest of film. This film is not half as bad as it's made out to be. It's just fashionable,as always to bash him.

Precisely. My friends agree with me, that maybe there are folks out there who pay these idiots to say these horrible things about Steven in a feeble attempt to wreck his career. What fools!! No way could that happen, but some people will try anything to ruin someone they envy. Steven is more loved and admired than they would like to think. Brainless, clueless twits' rantings and ravings, name-calling etc., is so useless. He's busy being the superior human being that he is, while they sit around thinking up so called "clever" personal remarks to make about him. Steven Seagal is the best, and they know it.They can't change that. That's what bugs them.

Total agreement with most off what has been written.
I have always liked this guy and his movies,but i must aggree this is the worst so far.
He has always had a quiet voice but this one's in places i reckon has been dubbed with Martin Sheen,this one will not be in my collection...
