Just wondering if anyone can do it. This movie is so ridiculously incoherent that it is hilarious. You deserve some sort of award if you can explain the plot.
P.S. My personal favorite moment is the subtitle - "Paris, Europe"

Some actors realised their error in signing a bad contract for a movie, and died early on in the story in a vain effort to protect an already flagging career.
Steven Seagal gets angry that he is found out so early so drugs up some local talent and inserts cameras into their eyelids to try and give a voyeristic killing feeling but forgets to load it with any film, then he tells em to kill anyone who wont stand by him till the end of the movie.
Some guys get given some guns to hold then jump through windows in front of the 'good guys' so they get a real easy shot.
And in an effort to save the audience from suicidal thoughts some clever cameraman takes some pretty shots of Paris.
GO Cameraman. Loving your work..
I like that storyline. You could make a decent movie from that.
