This is the stupidest thing i've ever heard. You can play the lucky case game online for free!!! if you choose to do it by text message that's your own fault. how ridiculous! This is worse that that lady who sued mcdonalds for spilling hot coffee on herself!

These lawsuits are so ridiculous. You know someone sued McDonalds also for having Super Size Extra Value Meals because they got obese...
And guess what? They won...
I'm not surprised. It's all common sense. No one's forcing them to eat Super Size Meals so it's their own fault they got fat.
They see me mowin' my front lawn...
I think the reason the woman sued McDonalds was because McDonalds knew they were keeping the coffee at a dangerous temperature and they still did it so that the coffee would last longer (thus putting their customers at risk for the sake of more money).
