This Show Killed The E-Ring!

Seriously now I am not delusional! Both of these NBC prime time shows
debuted in fall of 2005 and E-Ring first premiered on Wednesdsy
opposite Lost on ABC which was a very bad decision on NBC's part.
Don't remember on which night DOND aired though E-Ring had a total
of 22 first run episodes produced though only 14 actually aired.
During mid season in February the network had to bump all of its
prime time shows to make way for the 2006 winter Olympics telecast
so then NBC aired the games for two weeks. The problem was that
after the games were over NBC quickly resumed airing DOND while
airing E-Ring on different nights instead of one regular night
and failed to promote the new night and time slot. Therefore the
loyal viewers like myself didn't know which night to watch the
show while DOND aired on a regular night and time. Imho NBC shot
itself in the foot by helping to kill the ratings for this very
excellent action show which was headlined by Benjamin Bratt and
the late Dennis Hopper. I loved the show and looked forward to
each week's episode and I just don't understand as to why this
quality series didn't get the equal time and promotion which it
so deserved just like DOND got from NBC's execs. For those who
want more info on E-Ring's cancellation just go to the show's
main page and there is a question, "what happened to the E=Ring?"
Which was very well answered by the show's main producer
Mr. Ken Robinson who also was one of the show's main writers.
DOND really helped to kill and cancel E-Ring on NBC and shame
on those idiotic television execs who had such a great show
on their hands and didn't show it the proper respect which it
so richly deserved! And there is still no dvd release of E-Ring
because according to Ken Robinson, the execs at NBC didn't care
to burn off the unaired episodes in summer 2006 for fear of
looking foolish for canceling the series. And they won't plan
on a dvd release for that same reason! UUGH!!!
