If this show ended in 2010, how can Game Show Network (GSN) continue to show "all new" episodes of this show? :-/

Possibly the reruns are "New" to the station. Like you see an advertisetment of a movie that will air on a channel on one channel saying its the "World Premiere," even though the movie was already aired on another channel before, and its ACTUAL world premiere was in theaters YEARS ago.
