Have you thought of talking to your supervisor about your concerns? Sometimes if a person's job is at risk, they will seek more treatment. And perhaps the supervisor can contact any of her family to alert them if any of her coworkers or supervisors believe that her health is at risk.

I should add that perhaps all or some of you can contact an intervention counselor and try to intervene that way. Intervention is at first done withOut the person with the addiction/illness, but when they are brought into the group situation with caring family members, friends and/or coworkers or supervisors, it is done in a caring but firm way. There are clear consequences that will occur if the person doesn't agree to get treatment.
