Are there any updates on her as of today? I read somewhere by google research she became a heroin addict but that was many years ago, are there any updates of her today? Any links or sources?

That was Polly. Britney was the one whose insurance cut her off. She lost 40 lbs

I don't know. She was so young and her mom was a liability. She is the only one I felt sorry for. She was too young to have learned to be manipulative. I think in the photo book it said she needed to wear compression stockings on her legs because her circulation was messed up.
